The entry point to one of Townsville’s most sought-after large lot master planned communities is almost open.
From next week (November 1), Elements North Queensland, the developer behind The Orchard, a 400 large-lot community located off Darling Road in Jensen, will open the new roads leading to their latest land release.
Stage three of The Orchard boasts 33 new homesites from 1,017 to 2,231sq m and will also include a boutique park however, buyers will have to act quickly with over half the lots already sold.
Elements North Queensland Sales Director, Paul Fotinos said they had received substantial enquiry during the civil construction stage and 21 lots have already been snapped up.
“We began construction on stage three in May which required substantial civil works as we are pushing through to the Northern side of the old mango farm on which The Orchard is situated and the inspiration for its name,” Mr Fotinos said.
“These are some of our best blocks so far, they are nestled amongst natural bushland and slightly elevated meaning they capture some beautiful views and breezes.
“We put a huge amount of effort in the civil works to create flat, ready to build on lots with wide streets that help make the community feel safe and connected.
“The large blocks have been a major drawcard for buyers who want plenty of space to have a large shed, pool and room for their boats and caravans.
“The Orchard is evolving into a highly-sought after community for owner-occupiers thanks to the big blocks and locality close to schools, shops, recreation and the ring road that seamlessly connects to employment hubs like the Hospital, JCU and Lavarack.
“This latest stage is perfect for young families as it will offer a new park within walking distance from houses and lots of space for kids to play.
Valencia Park will boast a half basketball court with landscaping focusing on native planting.
Prices in stage three start from $200,500 and anyone interested is encouraged to act quickly by calling Elements NQ Sales Director, Paul Fotinos on 0418 730 403.
